Snagging, re-inspections and floor plans

Floor plan pins

In the inspection app tap 🗺 Plan and add a photo or screenshot of the unit plan. Open any finding and tap Pin on plan, then tap the spot. Pins appear in the report and on the snag list with the finding's number. Works offline.

Snag list for the developer

On the inspection page, Downloads → Snag list (Excel/CSV) gives one row per open item, grouped by trade, with photo links and empty Developer response and Fixed on columns. Snag list by trade (print) is the same list as a printable page; clients can open it from their report too.

Re-inspection (de-snag)

After the report is completed or published, Schedule re-inspection creates a new inspection that contains only the open items, each with its original photo and reference (e.g. "was #1042 3.2.1"). On site, mark each one Fixed, Partly fixed or Not fixed and add new photos or new findings. The re-inspection report shows how many items were fixed. You can re-inspect a re-inspection; references always point back to the first report.

Arabic interface

Set the default report and booking-page interface language in Settings → Company. Clients can switch the interface language on the report; findings stay in English. Inspectors can switch the app's language from the header.

VAT / GST invoices

Set the tax name, rate and registration number (TRN / GSTIN) in Settings → Company. Clients get a tax invoice link on the payment page.
