What does free mean here?
Every feature and every inspector, with no plan to buy and no card needed. If a feature makes a third-party service charge us for your account, you pay exactly that charge, with no markup, and you see it metered in Settings → Plan & billing.
Which things can cost money?
Only optional extras. The premium AI backup (Claude) is off unless you switch it on; it is charged at Anthropic's list price (currently $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens). SMS and WhatsApp go through your own Twilio or WhatsApp Business account, and card or UPI fees through your own Stripe or Razorpay account, so those providers bill you directly and we add nothing.
Do you charge per report or per inspection?
No.
Will it always be free?
We can't promise forever. Paid plans may come later, after the product has grown. If that happens we will tell you well in advance, and you can export your data at any time.
Do you sell or share my clients' data?
No. We don't show insurance, warranty or moving offers to your clients, and we don't share their data with anyone.
Which payment methods can my clients use?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through your own Stripe account, or UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay in India. Money goes straight to you.
