HandoverCheck is built by SURGE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, a software company in Bengaluru, India (incorporated November 2021). It is one of several products Surge is building; see surgesoftware.co.in.

Why it is free

We are launching for free so inspection companies can try it without a contract. You pay only what a third-party service costs us for you, at cost (for example the optional premium AI backup), and you can see every such charge in the app. Paid plans may come later; if they do, we will tell you well in advance.

Whose side we are on

We never sell client data, never use it for marketing or advertising, never show your clients third-party offers, and never use it to train AI models. No insurance, warranty or moving offers ever appear in your reports.

Who it is for

First, handover snagging companies in the UAE: floor-plan pins, developer lists by trade, re-inspections and evidence that holds up when a developer disputes a snag. It also covers home inspectors elsewhere, with US, UK and Australian templates.
