HandoverCheck is operated by Surge Software Solutions Private Limited ("we"). Inspection companies ("customers") use HandoverCheck to manage inspections and share reports with their clients and agents.

What we process
- Account data: name, email and phone of customer staff.
- Customer content: inspections, photos, videos, reports, agreements, contact details of clients and agents, payment records.
- Technical data: IP address and browser for security and e-signature records.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: storing and showing reports, sending emails the customer has switched on, processing payments through the customer's own payment provider, and AI features (which process report text and photos on our own AI servers first; if a fallback AI provider is used, it processes the data only to return the result).
What we don't do
We don't sell data, share client data with insurers, warranty or moving companies, or show third-party offers in reports. Customer data is not used to train AI models.
Your choices
Customers can export and delete their data. Clients and agents can ask the inspection company, or us at [email protected], to access or delete their data.
