Snagging software for Dubai and UAE inspection companies

Snag reports your clients forward straight to the developer

Handover inspections in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are a race: dozens of units a week, hundreds of photos each, and developers who want a clear list. HandoverCheck gives your inspectors an offline app, AI-written snags and a report with an Arabic interface for the buyer.

✓ UAE apartment and villa snagging templates: doors, tiling, waterproofing, AC, DEWA/ADDC, balconies, common areas
✓ Pin every snag on the unit floor plan
✓ AI writes each snag from a photo and a short voice note, or scans a photo for every visible defect
✓ Re-inspection (de-snag): each earlier snag marked fixed, partly fixed or not fixed, with the original photo
✓ Developer snag list grouped by trade, as a spreadsheet or printout
✓ Report and booking page with an Arabic interface (findings in English)
✓ VAT tax invoice with your TRN; card payments via Stripe; AED pricing
✓ WhatsApp confirmations and an AI booking assistant on WhatsApp

Free, every feature and every inspector. You pay only what a third-party service costs us for you, at cost.
