These terms are between you (the inspection business) and Surge Software Solutions Private Limited for use of HandoverCheck.

The service

We provide software to schedule inspections, write reports and share them. You are responsible for the content of your reports, including anything drafted with AI features, and for your agreements with your clients.

Price and billing

The service is currently free. Optional add-ons that cost us money with a third party (such as the premium AI backup) are charged to you at our cost, with no markup, and only after you switch them on. Services you connect with your own accounts (SMS, WhatsApp, card payments) are billed to you by those providers. If we introduce paid plans, we will give you advance notice and you may export your data at any time.

Your data

You own your content. We process it only to provide the service. You can export it at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or send unsolicited bulk email through it.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
