Online booking and pricing

Your booking page is /book/<your-link>. Change the link, days and hours in Settings → Booking & services.

Pricing rules

Each service has a base fee plus optional surcharges:

• Size: 2000:50, 3000:100 means +50 over 2,000 sq ft, +100 over 3,000 sq ft (the highest matching tier applies).
• Age: 40:50 means +50 for homes older than 40 years.
• Foundation: Crawlspace:25.

Availability

Times are offered between your start and end hours, every N minutes, after the minimum notice. A time is shown if at least one inspector is free; the booking is given to the free inspector with the fewest jobs that day.

Agents

Send agents /book/<your-link>?agent=1 to book for their clients.
