Write a finding

In a finding, add a photo and type or dictate a short note ("no GFCI at kitchen counter"), then tap Write finding with AI. You get a title, a client-friendly description, severity, location, recommendation, trade and a cost range. Edit anything before saving.

The AI prefers wording from your comment library when it fits, so reports keep your voice.

Summary

On the inspection page, Write with AI drafts the summary at the top of the report from your findings only. You can edit or write it yourself.

Client questions

Clients and agents can ask questions on the report page; answers come only from the report. AI writes in English.

Where it runs

AI runs on our own servers first. You are responsible for the final report; the AI is a drafting tool.
