API key

Create a key in Settings → Integrations and send it as Authorization: Bearer sk_….

Webhooks

Events: inspection.created, inspection.updated, agreement.signed, payment.received, report.published, repair_request.created. We POST JSON {"event","data","sent_at"} with header X-Signature: sha256=<HMAC-SHA256 of the body using your secret>.

Zapier

Use "Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook" as the trigger and paste its URL as a webhook.

Accounting

Download paid fees as QuickBooks CSV (sales receipts) or Tally Prime XML (receipt vouchers).
