Google Calendar, QuickBooks, SMS, WhatsApp and MCP

Google Calendar (two-way)

Each inspector connects their own calendar in Settings → Integrations. Their inspections appear as events and move when rescheduled; their other busy times block online booking slots.

QuickBooks Online

The owner connects QuickBooks once. Every payment (online or marked paid) becomes a Sales Receipt with the client as customer.

SMS and WhatsApp

In Settings → Automations, add your Twilio account for SMS and/or WhatsApp Business (Meta Cloud API) or your own WhatsApp gateway. Then tick SMS or WhatsApp on any automation. Texts are a short version of the email with the link. You pay the provider directly.

AI booking assistant

Turn it on in Settings → Automations. A chat button appears on your booking page; with WhatsApp Business connected it also answers WhatsApp messages. It quotes from your own services, offers real free times and creates a requested booking for you to confirm.

MCP server for AI assistants

Point any MCP client (Claude, ChatGPT and others) at /api/mcp with your API key as the bearer token. Tools: list and get inspections, report findings, services, free slots, create inspection, mark paid, publish report, schedule re-inspection.
